Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Evolve Outdoor Gear. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy as outlined below.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to return it. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition with undamaged packaging.

2. Eligibility for Return

  • Products must be purchased directly from evolveoutdoorgear.com.
  • Products that were purchased from other retailers or websites are not eligible for return under this policy.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for return.
3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email returns@evolveoutdoorgear.com with your order number in the subject line. A sales representative will confirm your eligibility and provide further instructions. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions via email.

4. Return Shipping

  • Damaged/Defective Products: We will cover the return shipping cost for items that are defective, damaged, or in the case of an order error.
  • Other Returns: For all other returns, you will be responsible for return shipping fees. Please ensure the return is sent via a traceable shipping method.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any returned products that are lost or damaged in transit.

5. Claims for Damages

  • Claims for damage to products or errors in your order must be made within 5 days of receipt.
  • Claims for damages must be reported to the delivering carrier, and you must retain all packaging materials and cartons for any claims.
  • We are not responsible for damage to third-party products connected to our products.

6. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
